Lazlo is looking for an experienced Product Designer in our Alpharetta, GA office. This person will support our Agile development teams creating new and innovative solutions for the Lottery and Gaming industry. In this position, you will be hands-on, designing and building engaging, creative applications (iOS, Android, and Web), with a strong focus on mobile-first experiences.
This position is a 5-day a week in office position. How You Will Help Turn team discussions and grooming conversations into clear wireframes, mockups, and interactive
Figma
prototypes, and attach these assets to the related user stories Work closely with developers to make sure designs are practical, buildable, and delivered in a timeframe that supports team goals Explore “what-if” design concepts when the team needs inspiration Iterate designs quickly based on feedback from developers and stakeholders Design clean, intuitive layouts for customer-facing reports and real-time dashboards Support leadership with design work for presentations, pitch decks, and demos What We Want 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or similar hands-on design roles Ability to turn early discussions into polished wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Experience with modern Human Interface Guidelines (iOS, Android, web) ensuring our user experiences are consistent and platform appropriate. tools Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience with
Agile
methodologies and teams Strong communication skills: visual, written and verbal Experience using work tracking tools like Azure DevOps
