Singer Equipment Company is seeking a performance driven Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize digital programs across HubSpot, paid advertising, website performance, social media, internal communications, and AI enabled marketing execution for our foodservice equipment distribution business. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for managing day to day digital execution, owning HubSpot marketing functions, improving lead generation and conversion performance, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency, personalization, and scale across marketing operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Execute digital marketing initiatives aligned with Director of Digital Marketing priorities Own lead generation across website, email, paid media, and social Optimize digital funnel, conversion paths, and lead quality Ensure consistent execution across all digital channels Website & Conversion Optimization

Manage website as a conversion-focused platform Own traffic, engagement, and conversion performance Execute landing pages, CTAs, forms, and testing programs to improve UX and conversions HubSpot Marketing & Automation

Serve as primary HubSpot marketing owner Execute email campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, and lifecycle management Manage forms, lists, landing pages, attribution, data quality, and reporting Content, Paid Media & Social

Own biweekly internal newsletter execution and performance tracking Manage paid search, social, retargeting, and budget optimization Execute organic social posting aligned with campaigns and brand standards AI-Enabled Marketing

Apply AI tools to improve campaign execution, testing, personalization, and automation Ensure compliance with governance and data privacy standards Partner with sales, events, IT, web, agencies, and internal teams Build dashboards, report performance, and identify optimization opportunities Manage vendor relationships, tools, and digital marketing budgets MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation Advanced experience with HubSpot including email marketing, workflows, and lifecycle management Experience managing websites, paid advertising, and social media channels Working knowledge of AI tools and AI assisted workflows applied to digital marketing, automation, personalization, or performance optimization Ability to apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency, testing velocity, and marketing effectiveness Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization Data driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis skills Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all listed requirements.
