Fall River, Massachusetts The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing strong, long-term relationships with established customers and developing new accounts to grow sales of Rhode Island Novelty’s products. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, order management, and strategic sales growth within assigned territories or client segments. Responsibilities
Manage Customer Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring ongoing communication and responsiveness. Sales Growth: Identify additional sales opportunities and work to grow revenue within current accounts. New Business Development: Prospect new clients in targeted markets, including retail stores, amusement and entertainment centers, fundraising partners, or other wholesale buyers. Product Promotion: Present product lines and updates to customers; recommend merchandise assortments based on customer needs and market trends. Order Coordination: Work directly with internal teams (e.g., customer service, logistics, merchandising) to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery. Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry trends to advise customers effectively. Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support strategy and performance goals. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Desired Background/Skills

Experience: 2–5+ years in sales, account management, or related B2B customer service — wholesale or distribution experience preferred. Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; capable of building trust with customers and internal teams. Organization: Ability to prioritize multiple accounts, manage time effectively, and handle detailed sales tasks. Tech Skills: Comfortable with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and standard office software. Travel: Will require U.S. travel to customer locations, trade shows, or company events once contract placement ends and hired on directly. Other Information
