The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Technical Writer/Editor, Sr. for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Technical Writer/Editor, Sr. is responsible for writing, editing, proofreading and/or providing writing support for internal and external stakeholders to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives. The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.
Primary Responsibilities
Develops content for various communication delivery vehicles including press releases, video scripts, regulatory filing statements and employee emails. Evaluates and edits content to determine appropriate syntax, style, grammatical usage and tone for effective communication delivery and reception that aligns with company vision and business objective. Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibility. Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple professional areas. Typically responsible for coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Basic Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher) Must be able to communicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
