We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. At Premier Exteriors, our mission is to empower people to provide unbatched quality and reliable service. Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and in accordance with the project plan and quality standards Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects without compromising quality Lead and coordinate efforts of subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration Regularly inspect ongoing work, ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering specifications; implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all on-site personnel Address any on-site issues, discrepancies, or unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, equipment logs, and personnel records Qualifications: 3+ years experience as a construction superintendent or similar role in commercial construction In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles Exceptional leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Compensation: Full time Starting Salary $60,000- $70,000 per year, Depending on Experience 401(k) Matching Paid Vacation Quarterly Bonus Program Vehicle maintenance plan Vehicle Allowance Gas Card
