
Executive Assistant to Co-Founders at Early-stage Mission-driven Startup

Overview
Early-stage, mission-driven startup focused on transforming the daily human experience is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the two Co-Founders. This is an incredible opportunity to support a high-profile Executive with a proven track record of success and get in on the ground floor of a very promising startup! Core EA duties along with operational projects to support onboarding, candidate experience, team events, and more! Someone very smart, with a flexible attitude who cares about the well being of their exec and will pitch in where needed. This is fully in-office based in SF Mission Bay. 150-200K+ DOE + equity, parking, meals and great benefits!
Responsibilities
Primarily support the CTO and Co-Founder while providing light administrative support to the CEO.
Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting preparation, and day-to-day executive administrative tasks.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and schedule adjustments.
Support office and facilities operations as needed in an onsite environment.
Anticipate executive and operational needs, proactively identifying gaps and resolving issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Support operational workflows, invoicing, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including accounting, legal, and insurance vendors, to support business operations.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting founders, CEOs, CTOs, or C-suite leaders.
Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
Strong ability to think ahead, identify gaps, and take ownership with minimal direction.
High emotional intelligence and sound judgment, with a calm and professional demeanor.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Naturally curious and improvement-oriented, with a willingness to evaluate and refine processes.
Comfortable using modern workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and similar platforms.
Enjoys partnering closely with leadership in an onsite, fast-moving work environment.
Strong business awareness with the ability to adapt communication style and remain composed under pressure.
