Field coverage for

BOSTON. Schedule:
Daily territory travel with some overnight. Compensation:
$80-$120k (base + commission + bonus). We’re immediately hiring for an industry-experienced ( flooring
or
tiling
installationsystems)
SALES PROFESSIONAL
with a customer-first, solution-driven mindset to drive territory growth. What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service Experience and Skills
What you’ll bring to ARDEX Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required) Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs.
