The casino services representative greets and answers inquiries from guests in both the promotions booth and admissions areas. They are responsible for issuing complimentaries, promoting and issuing screen test/marquee cards, and coordinating dinner reservations or transportation needs.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

Provides general information about Hollywood Casino and answers inquiries from guests

Retrieves table games ratings and utilizes patron response functions

Utilizes casino computer system to redeem star points for guests

Assists guests with special needs

Communicates marketing program including, star point value and issuance of promotional items

Monitors inventory of promotional items and notifies the supervisor when it is necessary to reorder

Makes restaurant reservations and issues complimentaries when applicable

Operates Coat Check

Leads property tours, as needed

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position

Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 lbs
