The casino services representative greets and answers inquiries from guests in both the promotions booth and admissions areas. They are responsible for issuing complimentaries, promoting and issuing screen test/marquee cards, and coordinating dinner reservations or transportation needs.
Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members’ financial, physical, and mental well‑being. Specific benefits—such as day‑one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
Responsibilities
Provides general information about Hollywood Casino and answers inquiries from guests
Retrieves table games ratings and utilizes patron response functions
Utilizes casino computer system to redeem star points for guests
Assists guests with special needs
Communicates marketing program including, star point value and issuance of promotional items
Monitors inventory of promotional items and notifies the supervisor when it is necessary to reorder
Makes restaurant reservations and issues complimentaries when applicable
Operates Coat Check
Leads property tours, as needed
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 lbs
