Job Summary The Director of Human Capital Management will manage the ongoing operation, maintenance and enhancement of the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This currently includes PeopleSoft On Premise, UKG Pro, Oracle Cloud applications, and many integrations. Functional areas include core HR, payroll, benefits, FMLA, performance, talent acquisition, security, commitment accounting, employee relations, integrations and business process engineering. The knowledge of what functions each application performs and the business process understanding to assist the HR department and translate IR to HR information and vice versa. Knowledge in scheduling, planning and execution of all critical patches for Tax and Payroll as well at the PUM structure and tools upgrades is necessary. An executive with leadership skills in conflict resolution, coaching, prioritization, presentation skills, ability to effectively lead meetings and be an advocate for the team.

Experience
7 years of proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM, to include 3 years experience managing a PeopleSoft HCM or comparable support operation. Must possess proven, strong experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
Preferred
Education Bachelor\'s Degree in MIS, Business, or related field
Job Duties
Work with end users and other stakeholders to define HCM requirements, workflow, and reporting needs.
Oversee all modifications affecting the operation of the HCM modules and workflow.
Oversee the testing required to validate the accuracy and reliability of changes affecting HCM.
Participate in the resolution of HCM problems, concerns, and issues as necessary.
Review all requests for additions, modifications, or deletions to the HCM operation.
Manage personnel and resources assigned to maintenance and enhancement of the HCM system.
Prepare estimates and budget for initiatives affecting the HCM system.
Assume a leadership role in HCM governance.
Follow project management (PM) methodologies and practices consistent with those used by the ERP team.
Guide the development and implementation of effective communication strategies to ensure stakeholder involvement and participation, and to promote trust among stakeholders.
Communicate project status to executive management and other business leaders; promote open flow of communication and build team relationships and provide regular status reports summarizing current progress and identifying issues / obstacles that may arise.
Perform other duties as assigned.
