Applicants must be within driving distance to our Alpharetta, GA office and be able to commute at least three days a week. Your Daily Impact: Lead and manage the onboarding training process for new colleagues, collaborating closely with the Line of Business Leader and Business Insurance subject matter experts to cover foundational knowledge, technology navigation, and best practices. Create and implement continuous training programs for existing colleagues, introducing new content and refresher modules to promote growth and expertise. Develop engaging educational aids, including training materials and visual aids using various formats like PowerPoint and Brainshark. Work with leadership to identify knowledge gaps and fulfill talent development needs effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and product changes relevant to the Commercial Lines Insurance sector. Encourage and support ongoing professional development through self-guided content available on our national training platform, MMA University. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to meet you: A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Learning & Development, or a related field; or 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Commercial insurance. Experience in delivering engaging presentations to diverse groups; prior training experience is a plus. Proven track record of driving positive change and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities and projects. Familiarity with customer relationship, agency, and learning management systems, with experience in systems like Sagitta or Applied/Epic seen as a plus. Preferred experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Captivate. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
