Role Overview
As the Director of Financial Strategy, you will play a crucial role in advancing our clients' financial capabilities and strategic finance initiatives. In this key leadership position, you will oversee comprehensive client projects, providing essential strategic guidance and technical insights related to complex financial initiatives. Your expertise will empower clients to successfully navigate transformations and transactions, with a focus on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and value creation approaches.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving business development efforts and establishing strong client relationships. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and at least 15 years of progressive experience in financial consulting, strategic finance, audit, banking, or performance improvement, especially with middle-market firms. A solid foundation in managing finance and accounting functions, along with experience in finance transformations, is required.
This role requires a proactive leader who utilizes modern analytical techniques and data-driven strategies, excels under pressure, and can engage effectively with clients on technical accounting, financial strategy, analytics, and business development topics.
