Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant
to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive sales, delivers exceptional customer experience, and consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.
This position requires strong closing skills, product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through a transparent, professional buying process.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone
Conduct needs assessments and present vehicle options accordingly
Perform test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Negotiate deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
Guide customers through the full purchase process, including trade-ins and paperwork
Follow up with prospects and sold customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate and timely CRM records
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Stay current on manufacturer incentives, inventory, and product knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years of automotive sales experience required
Proven closing ability and consistent sales performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
