What does an AI Consultant & Designer do?
The job of an AI Consultant & Designer is to help clients generate sustainable business and end-user value from AI and analytics. This entails finding the most valuable business problems to solve, and then applying design methods, human insight, responsible AI expertise, and AI and analytics technologies to solve those problems. You will often be part of an AI team designing and building production-grade solutions that utilize AI technologies. You will also join client engagements where our team works on topics such as AI-program & transformation advisory, sustainable AI consulting & training, and AI opportunity identification & evaluation.
What are we looking for?
You understand modern data science, machine learning & AI development and you are experienced working with AI development teams (e.g., AI/ML architects, AI/ML engineers, data scientists) and you have experience in using AI and analytics to create value for business and end users. You have experience in helping organizations to create sustainable AI solutions and larger AI transformation programs. You understand the basics of business models, business design & service design, and appreciate the importance of human insight. You have strong facilitating skills and are comfortable guiding groups and stakeholders toward shared understanding and decisions. You have an agile and experiment-driven mindset, combined with critical and creative problem-solving ability and comfort with autonomy. You can work in a consultative role and understand both the consulting business and customer context. Knowledge of Finnish is an asset for some projects.

Salary and employment terms
At Solita we have a fixed monthly salary model. In this role the salary range is €5,500–€6,500.
