Guaranteed Pay:$3,000/month for the first 3 months

What You Will Own As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you are responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process while building lasting relationships and contributing to the dealership’s success.
Your Impact Will Include
Building strong customer relationships and creating lifelong customers
Assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
Becoming knowledgeable on all vehicle models, features, and technology
Conducting professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Following up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Learning and applying proven sales techniques, including overcoming objections
Communicating goals, activities, and results directly with the Sales Manager
Bringing energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day
WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN HERE Required — Non-Negotiable:
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred:
Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, or service environments
