FreeWheel is seeking a coordinator for our Revenue Operations and Sales Strategy teams. This role underpins the coordination and velocity of Rev Ops & Sales Strategy in enabling FreeWheel’s US Revenue Budget. The coordinator is a core stakeholder in FreeWheel’s cross-functional product delivery system. They will empower sales teams to drive revenues with efficiency and velocity. The successful candidate is a programmatic CTV advertising enthusiast who builds trust with senior commercial leaders and fosters a culture of collaboration and curiosity across FreeWheel. The candidate has interest in building go-to-market strategies in partnership with programmatic salespeople. Job Description

Core Responsibilities Knowledge Management

Maintain team wiki and organize Looker directories for analytics and reporting. Analytics & Reporting

Maintain Looker boards for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR). Coordinate weekly and monthly analytics needs across Supply & Demand teams. Program manage commercial analytics cadence. Commercial Structure & Revenue Tracking

Log agency commercial structures with third-party SSPs and maintain a central database of pricing and discount structures. Track revenues from priority commercial initiatives. Project & Meeting Management

Chair Q3 priorities planning sessions and manage project charters using tools like Hive/Viva. Gather agenda ideas, take notes, and draft follow-up emails for team meetings (biweekly and monthly syncs). Sales Enablement

Refresh team deck to communicate priorities and identity. Ensure salespeople are aware of new Salesforce functions and track pipeline accountability. Competitive & Strategic Initiatives

Conduct competitive intelligence research for new offerings. Structure projects to improve proposal positioning and commercialization. Tool Development

Build pricing model audit tool and deal tracking dashboards to compare CAF models vs actuals. Administrative Updates

Update team org chart and remit slides. Employees at all levels

Primary Location Pay Range: $29.23 - $43.84 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
