Role Summary
Innovation Product Owner – PSS is a role within the Digital team responsible for shaping and delivering the iCare program within the Digital Patient Experience. The position collaborates with business stakeholders, third parties, and Product Owners to develop business cases, design, plan, coordinate, and deliver key innovations and partnerships. You will work to ensure the successful delivery of the innovation roadmap and coordinate cross-product initiatives. Location: Cambridge, MA. Responsibilities
In collaboration with key stakeholders (business, product owners), accountable for the innovation/partnership roadmap, including defining, prioritizing, and illustrating how features will be implemented cross-product over time Act as the internal voice of the customer (as well as Product Owners) to understand and communicate needs and participate in approving proposed solutions (including business case development, sizing, and value) Define and lead Proof of Concept activities, measure value, and inform the roadmap Present the product vision, highlight proposed features and milestones/releases across products Manage backlog refinement and drive feature prioritization where appropriate Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Digital product Owner or Product Management Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector or Healthcare sector or related Experience with Salesforce Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft tools – Excel, PowerPoint Confluence is a plus Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority Thirst for knowledge and ability to think outside the box Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related Skills
