
Overview
Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy. The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale. We’ve grown quickly, expanding revenue and working with hundreds of companies across AI teams and enterprise sectors. We are hiring a Founding Account Executive to capitalize on momentum and help shape our GTM function.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Contribute to the development of our sales playbook and refine our approach based on what works.
Work closely with founders to provide market feedback and customer insights.
Document customer requirements, objections, and competitive insights to improve our sales process.
Play a key role in shaping the company culture as it grows.
Sell AI/ML or document processing solutions and leverage an enterprise network.
Engage with both technical and business buyers across complex sales cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and GTM strategy.
This is an in-person role at our office in San Francisco, CA.
Qualifications
Execution-focused with a track record of driving deals from prospecting to close in enterprise B2B SaaS or AI/ML solutions.
Experience exceeding targets in high-growth environments and an ability to adapt quickly.
Strategic thinker who can articulate value to technical and business stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with the founding team for market feedback.
Technical acumen to grasp complex concepts and position the solution effectively.
About Reducto Nearly 80% of enterprise data is in unstructured formats like PDFs. PDFs remain the status quo for enterprise knowledge, creating bottlenecks in digital workflows. Reducto breaks document layouts into subsections and contextually parses content using a combination of vision models, LLMs, and heuristics to help you:
Accurately extract text and tables from nonstandard layouts
Automatically convert graphs to tabular data and summarize images in documents
Extract important fields from complex forms with simple, natural language instructions
Build powerful retrieval pipelines using document metadata
Intelligently chunk information using layout data
