Position Group Account Supervisor
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring agency work aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and agreed-upon quality, budget, and timeline standards
Partner closely with Medical and Creative leadership to provide proactive strategic guidance and drive account growth
Maintain strong fiscal oversight, including scope management, staffing alignment, and budget accountability
Serve as a trusted client advisor, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the relationship
Mentor and develop Account team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured professional development plans
Support a high-performance, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and growth
Participate in local (tri-state) client travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or consumer advertising
Experience managing direct reports
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree in business or science preferred
Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies preferred
Salary Salary Range:
$110,000 - $140,000
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
