Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, and appointment setting Engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge Follow up with potential buyers to keep them excited and informed Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain accurate notes and communication logs in the CRM What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic personality Comfortable on the phone and confident with technology Ability to multitask and stay organized Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus A teamplayer mindset and a desire to grow within the dealership What We Offer
