We strive to inspire and grow our company, our partnerships, our science, and our people, because when we do, we deliver more for patients.*The Director, US HCP Marketing will be focused on developing strategies and executing tactics, directed at health care professionals, for argenx’s upcoming autoimmune myositis launch. This role will support:* Development of unbranded strategy and tactics, including messaging, materials, and execution to support market development prior to launch* Development of brand launch strategy and tactics, including brand campaign, messaging, materials, and execution to support promotion of VYVGART Hytrulo* Execution of tactics supporting peer-to-peer education, ad board planning and execution, development and execution of speaker bureau content and training materialThis role will report to the Senior Director of US HCP Marketing, Rheumatology Lead, and will partner closely with key internal cross-functional partners and external agencies to plan and implement personal and non-personal tactics to support autoimmune myositis. In close collaboration with the rest of the HCP Community, this role will support the VYVGART Hytrulo brand strategies with pull-through to Commercial Field Team, KOL engagement, and National and Regional Congress presence and execution. The Director will also deliver on key brand expectations such as Brand Planning, Launch Readiness, and Quarterly Business Reviews.This is an exciting time to join an innovative, growing team to continue delivering a successful commercial product with a follow-on indication launch. We seek a marketer who thrives in a nimble, fast-paced environment, is willing to embrace the challenge, passionate about science, and deeply motivated by delivering value to people living with rare diseases.**Roles and Responsibilities:*** Support the development and execution of the disease state education campaign* Support US launch readiness efforts including the development and execution of the HCP branded VYVGART Hytrulo strategy and tactics* Contribute to developing and updating the strategic brand plan* Ensure customer and competitor insights drive actionable updates to strategy* Plan and execute commercial ad boards, identifying appropriate advisors, developing stimuli and workshop design, and sharing of insights with broader organization to inform decision-making across multiple functions* Ensure readiness of materials to support the XFT Commercial Field Organization, including territory business managers (TBMs), field clinical educators (FCEs), thought leader liaisons (TLLs)* Collaborate and co-create with multiple functional groups within the organization, including but not limited to US and Global Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance, Legal and Regulatory, as well as agency partners* Work closely with Legal, Regulatory and Medical Affairs to effectively navigate

Promotional Material Review process, prioritize and ensure timely and compliant development of HCP-directed tactics* Develop and mentor fellow HCP marketing team members to help improve team and brand performance, and enhance marketing skills and capabilities* Execute multiple, simultaneous projects and manage resources to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and address business objectives**Education, Experience and Qualifications:*** The US commercial organization is Boston-based; this person must be in the office as needed to support key planning and coordination meetings* BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA is a plus* 10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry* Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs* Agility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results* Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality, willingness to roll up sleeves and flexibility to jump in where the business needs dictate* Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions* Strong project management, communication, and organization skills* Experience in rheumatology preferred* US launch readiness experience preferred* Travel 30%#LI-HybridThis job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies.
