Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle, including initial platform acquisitions, add-ons, and portfolio company governance and exits Draft a variety of transaction-related documents Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience with M&A and private equity transactions, preferably from a large law firm Proficiency in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions Strong familiarity with middle-market deal structures preferred Excellent academic credentials Location
Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $365,000 – $420,000.
