Specifically, includes activities to ensure compliance with SBA - SOP guidelines, LMCU loan policy, and applicable regulations. Contributes to the assessment, structuring, servicing of existing loans. Position is a key contributor to bolstering the safety and soundness of the SBA loan portfolio.## **What you’ll do:*** Prepares annual loan reviews for the existing SBA 7(a), and other government guaranteed loan portfolio in compliance with the LMCU loan policy.* Prepare the required quarterly Special Asset Reports for submission to SBA Special Asset Officer.* Monitors and manages the assigned SBA 7(a), and government-guaranteed loan portfolio for compliance with current SBA standard operating procedures to mitigate guaranty repair and denial risk.* Monitors and manages the assigned SBA 7(a), and government-guaranteed loan portfolio for compliance with current SBA standard operating procedures to mitigate guaranty repair and denial risk.* Work collaboratively with SBA underwriters, loan officers and legal counsel.* Underwrite and manage process related to loan maturities, modifications/servicing actions with the assigned SBA lender.## **What You’ll Bring:*** 2+ years of similar or related experience.* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Finance or a related field of study.## **Who We Are:**We’re proud of our past, thrilled with our present, and couldn’t be more excited about our future!
