Remote Call Center Agent This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Call Center Agent from the comfort of your home! In this role, you will handle inbound calls, transform them into leads, and successfully coordinate towing jobs. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. Identify client needs and provide effective solutions. Convert inbound calls into leads and further into towing jobs. Working Conditions: Remote work environment. Shift-based schedule in a Call Center operational 24/7. Work in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone. Requirements: Computer Specifications:

Minimum Intel Specs:

Processor: Core i7 (8th generation and above) or Core i5 (10th generation and above); RAM: 12 GB minimum; Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher; Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory. Minimum AMD Specs:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5, 7, 9 (Minimum series 3600); RAM: 12 GB minimum; Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher; Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory. Macintosh Specs:

Processor: Core i7/i5/M1/M2; RAM: 12 GB minimum; Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher; Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory.

Internet Speed Requirements:

Jitter: below 10ms. Latency: below 160ms. Upload: more than 25mbps. Download: more than 40mbps.

Power Backup:

A reliable power backup capable of sustaining a minimum of 8 hours (full shift). Examples: Generators, Solar Panels, or Portable Power Inverters (UPS is not sufficient). Internet Backup:

Secondary internet with the following specs: Jitter: below 10ms; Latency: below 160ms; Upload: minimum of 25mbps; Download: minimum of 25mbps. Power and Internet Backup are mandatory for this position.
