The Seller Content Marketing Manager will own the creation, optimization, and amplification of content designed to increase IAA’s share of voice across owned, earned, and paid media channels. This role focuses on attracting, informing and engaging vehicle sellers through compelling storytelling and strategic content distribution to drive leads to sales, conversions, brand awareness and trust. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement content marketing strategies targeting vehicle sellers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Create and optimize content for multiple channels, including web, social, email, and paid media, to maximize reach and engagement. Lead the planning and execution of seller-focused campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and sales enablement programs working in collaboration with the Director of Sales Operations, Enablement and Support. Project Management & Performance Measurement:

Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for all content-related projects. Manage content calendar while working in collaboration with production and social media manager. Track, analyze, and report on content performance and audience engagement using PowerBI, web analytics, and other tools to inform future strategies.

Brand Stewardship & Collaboration:

Ensure consistent application of the IAA brand identity, voice and visual elements across all seller-facing content and campaigns. Work closely with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to deliver content that resonates with seller segments and drives action.

Job Requirements: 4-year college degree with emphasis in Marketing 5+ years’ experience successfully implementing multi-channel marketing strategies Demonstrated experience in all major communications areas: presentation/speaker writing, communications strategies (internal & external), presentation messaging, corporate and brand messaging, etc. Working knowledge of basic digital marketing tactics including SEM, PPC and social media advertising Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Strong writing and editing experience (externally focused) with a variety of print and online communications media. Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools Experience retrieving, analyzing and interpreting web data Demonstrated project management skills a necessity Ability to function at a high level in position that relies heavily on input and feedback from multiple stakeholders. Automotive industry experience a plus Stay updated with industry trends, emerging content formats and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
