This role will support the execution of multi-channel demand generation programs, focusing on campaign setup, automation, and follow-up execution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, D365 Sales Hub, and supporting platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working with marketing automation, CRM data, and performance reporting.* Execute multi-channel demand generation programs as directed, including email, SMS, and LinkedIn follow-ups* Set up and manage automated nurture journeys and Sales Hub sequences in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys* Build segments and lists, ensure data accuracy, and maintain data hygiene within D365* Execute ABM follow-up activities using Dealfront for defined account lists and personas* Support webinar marketing execution to drive qualified lead volume* Monitor and report on campaign engagement, conversions, MQLs, and pipeline impact* Identify and flag issues, risks, or optimization opportunities* Ensure all campaign copy and assets are proofed, accurate, and brand-consistent prior to launch* Our employees fearlessly embrace the company culture and applicants who merely want to punch in their timecards everyday are not what we are looking for.* You can work independently with minimal guidance but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help.* You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can be the face of our company to our clients.* You are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with your team to improve the entire team.* Experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing automation* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights Journeys and/or Sales Hub preferred)* Understanding of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, LinkedIn)* Strong attention to detail and process discipline* Comfortable working with CRM data, segmentation, and reporting* Clear written communication and coordination skills*Conference Technologies, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
