Paul Mitchell The School Houston is looking for a passionate, people-driven
Enrollment Advisor
to guide future professionals and their families through the admissions and financial aid journey. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping others make confident decisions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be a key ambassador of our culture, values, and programs-helping students take the first step toward a career in the beauty industry. What You'll Do
Conduct engaging campus tours for prospective students and families
Guide prospective and current students through admissions and financial aid processes
Explain program options, admissions requirements, timelines, and expectations clearly
Assist with financial aid processing through receipt of a clean ISR and/or agreed financial plan
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up on all leads
Participate in open houses, career fairs, and recruitment events
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA requirements
Stay current on compliance updates, deadlines, and school policies
Attend required enrollment and financial aid trainings (virtual and in-person)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
A customer-service mindset with the ability to connect with diverse populations
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial documentation
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Comfortable using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Apple products
Professional demeanor that reflects the values and standards of Paul Mitchell The School
Ability to maintain organized records and generate reports
Experience & Qualifications
1+ years of experience
in admissions, enrollment, financial aid, customer service, or a related role with transferable skills
Knowledge of financial aid processes, student recruitment, or education environments is a plus
