Location: near Kansas City, MO

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000+ (DOE) + Eligible for Discretionary Bonus + Benefits

Description Our client, an industrial distribution company with growing ecommerce channels, is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute day-to-day performance marketing across B2C-focused digital channels. Reporting to the Director, you will focus on email marketing automation, SEO execution, site optimization, performance reporting and support marketplace expansion. You’ll be responsible for improving conversion, engagement, and revenue across owned and search channels, while partnering closely with Creative, Sales, and external vendors. This role is ideal for a strong digital operator who enjoys working directly in platforms, testing and optimizing campaigns, and turning data into practical improvements. Responsibilities

Own email marketing strategy, automation, segmentation, and optimization

Build lifecycle flows; improve deliverability, A/B tests, and engagement

Lead SEO execution: keywords, tracking, reporting, and content coordination

Improve ecommerce UX, conversion, and merchandising with site updates

Coordinate with Creative on assets for email, web, paid media, and marketplaces

Build practical dashboards and reports; translate data into actionable insights

Support paid search and social launch, testing, and performance

Support the launch of new ecommerce channel, Amazon; manage ads and optimize listings

Direct agencies: set direction, review metrics, and ensure goal alignment

Partner with Sales on B2B campaigns and enablement

Track digital spend and advise budget allocation and trends

Ensure privacy and data compliance with internal and third-party teams

Qualifications

5+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce demand generation experience required

Email marketing campaign development, execution and automation experience required

SEO execution and performance tracking experience required

Ecommerce CMS backend experience (BigCommerce/Shopify/Magento) required

Strong grasp of B2C/DTC UX/UI best practices required

Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, and MS Office (Excel basics) required
