Lost Key Golf Club is seeking a motivated, service-driven
Golf Professional
to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for a PGA Professional (or apprentice) who is passionate about the game, committed to member and guest satisfaction, and excited to be part of a forward-thinking club operation. Primary Responsibilities
Provide outstanding daily members and guest service in all golf operations Assist with the management of the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and retail sales Coordinate and conduct golf tournaments, leagues, and special events Deliver private and group instruction, player development programs, and clinics Support and enforce club policies, pace of play standards, and rules of golf Collaborate with the golf operations and agronomy teams to ensure seamless daily operations Actively engage with members and guests to build relationships and enhance the club culture Experience Required
Qualifications
Class A PGA Member (preferred) or Apprentice in good standing (required) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proven commitment to exceptional customer service Knowledge of golf instruction, club fitting, and tournament operations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude Benefits
