Commission-based. No cap. Typical annual earnings: $52,000–$100,000+ Top performers regularly exceed this range
The Role
Engage customers quickly and confidently Ask direct, strategic questions to guide decisions Present vehicles and features with authority Manage relationships from first contact through delivery and follow-up Take full ownership of outcomes while working with a fast-paced team You own the customer experience and your results. Engage customers on Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms Create short videos (vehicle walk-arounds, deliveries, promotions)
