ABOUT THE POSITION
This position plays a vital role in branch operations, owning the entire lifecycle of each parts order, while ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support. Parts Specialists
are responsible for fielding parts calls, researching appropriate parts, inputting the parts orders, and ensuring quality customer service. In this role, you will: Conduct the sale of parts for various types of industrial and construction equipment Research and source parts via various methods, while keeping the customer updated on the status of their order Maintain accurate records of invoices, work orders, and parts inventory, along with other administrative duties Maintain a clean, organized, professional and safe work environment COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
Pay range of approx $18 - $22/hour plus Performance Bonuses Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurances and several supplemental benefits) Generous PTO Plan Paid Holidays 401k with company match REQUIREMENTS
2 years of proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a parts or service environment Strong research skills are very important in this role Must be comfortable using technology and various computer systems - with the ability to quickly learn our software High School Diploma or Equivalent Construction equipment knowledge or similar industry experience a very strong plus Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
This position is in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate. This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard. This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication. This position will continuously use hands to type. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
