Overview
We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Junior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain custom applications. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate or early-career professional who has mastered the fundamentals of the Salesforce platform and is ready to apply their skills in a real-world environment. Responsibilities
Custom Development: Write and maintain clean, testable code using Apex (classes and triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend platform functionality. Declarative Automation: Utilize low-code tools like Salesforce Flow and Validation Rules to solve business problems efficiently. Integration Support: Assist in connecting Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing and debug code to ensure high-quality, reliable deployments. Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce Administrators and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system changes and custom logic. Required Qualifications
Certification: Must hold a valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) credential. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOQL/SOSL, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Platform Basics: Familiarity with the Salesforce data model, security settings (Profiles, Permission Sets), and standard objects. Preferred Skills
Active participation in the Salesforce Trailblazer Community or local user groups. Experience with version control systems like Git. Hands-on experience through internships or significant Trailhead project completions.
