to help drive sales team success.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
Support Sales Manager in hitting monthly HVAC sales targets
Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors
Lead sales meetings when needed
Assist with weekend sales operations (Saturday/Sunday)
Oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner stores
Track KPIs and report to retail partners weekly
Qualifications What You’ll Need:
2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC strongly preferred)
Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
Solid computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM experience a plus)
Comfort with basic math and geometry
Goal-driven mindset and a passion for success
