Regional Sales Manager The Regional Sales Manager is a proven sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across the Region. This role is primarily focused on leading, coaching, and developing Business Development Managers to achieve quota. This is a high-visibility position responsible for overall regional quota attainment, team growth, and the continued expansion the territory.
Responsibilities
Own overall revenue growth and quota attainment for the Region
Lead, coach, and develop Business Development Managers in the Region.
Set and monitor team performance targets and pipeline metrics
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews
Recruit, onboard, and scale the sales team
Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance sales culture
Support reps in complex opportunities and executive-level conversations
Personally engage with select strategic accounts and high-value prospects
Model advanced consultative selling and negotiation skills
Operational Excellence
Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting to the EVP of Sales
Ensure CRM data integrity and adherence to sales processes
Collaborate with marketing, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams to support territory growth
Identify and address performance gaps through coaching and improvement plans
Strategic Execution
Support territory expansion and market penetration initiatives
Contribute to regional sales strategies and methodologies
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics in the Region
Provide feedback to leadership on solution positioning and sales strategy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in IT managed services, MSSP, or technology solutions
Track record of consistently driving teams to quota attainment and revenue growth
Prior success as a quota-carrying sales professional managing complex sales cycles
Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building abilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading sales teams in the IT services or cybersecurity space
Advanced sales methodology training/certifications (Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
MBA or other advanced degree
Industry certifications or recognition for sales leadership excellence

Travel This position requires regular travel for customer meetings, prospect visits, and team development activities across the Region. Occasional overnight travel may be required for strategic opportunities and training events.
Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment with frequent customer site visits. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items, to walk moderate distances, and drive a vehicle for customer meetings and business activities.
