On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector. We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Outside Sales Representatives and Account Executives to deliver profitable, above‑market growth and consistently achieve regional sales and margin objectives
Partner with senior sales leadership to establish annual operating plans, including sales budgets, pricing strategy, and territory optimization
Drive execution of regional sales initiatives, product launches, and strategic growth campaigns
Cultivate a performance‑driven culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and talent development
Strengthen and expand relationships with key and strategic accounts, serving as an executive sponsor where needed
Ensure alignment and effective communication across Branch, Regional, and Executive Leadership to achieve enterprise objectives
Build deep market intelligence through industry engagement, customer insights, and vendor partnerships to inform strategy and competitive positioning
Leverage CRM, analytics, and business intelligence tools to guide decision‑making and improve sales effectiveness
Champion a safety‑first mindset, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and reinforcing a culture of operational discipline
Schedule & Work Arrangement
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
What you’ll bring Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of progressive leadership experience in sales
Operational leadership experience within building materials, construction, or a related industry
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
Core Competencies
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to think strategically and contribute at the leadership level
