Our client is an independent and growing local manufacturer specializing in blade sharpening and custom tool manufacturing. They are well-known for their quality craftsmanship and strong customer relationships. This is a very personable, friendly team and a genuinely great place to work. They’re looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is eager to learn, and can jump in and support daily front counter and office operations. What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting customers at the front counter Answering phones and supporting basic office tasks Processing orders and providing general customer support Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth communication What We’re Looking For
Customer service experience (retail, office, or counter sales preferred) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite) QuickBooks Experience preferred Previous experience with shipments, invoice, and data entry Teachable attitude with a willingness to learn Reliable and able to start
