We’re looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
(digital + print) who can lead design across client and internal work. This role begins as part-time or freelance, with the opportunity to grow into full-time (hours flex during active campaign cycles). ROLE DESCRIPTION
You’ll own the visual execution of mission-driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Your work will support fundraising, advocacy, education, and awareness—designed to move audiences to take action (donate, register, attend, engage). You’ll work closely with a small team of marketers and clients while maintaining high visual standards and brand consistency across all deliverables. Digital Campaigns:
Organic and paid social assets (static, carousel, stories, reels), ad variations, email graphics Brand + Marketing Materials:
Design logos, brand guidelines, fundraising toolkits, and print-ready materials (event collateral, workbooks, brochures, one-pagers) Web Design:
Landing page and website graphics Visual Strategy:
From client intake to execution, provide creative solutions to the client’s marketing and communication needs Quality + Collaboration:
Maintain and evolve visual brand standards, communicate proactively with the team and clients Leadership:
Lead design execution across accounts and coordinate support from team members as needed Workflow:
Maintain clean, organized files and handoff-ready folders in cloud-based systems Time Management:
Manage your time responsibly in a fully remote environment JOB REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or equivalent Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Demonstrated Canva experience (including template design) Proven ability working with multiple clients in fast-paced environments Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations Experience producing print-ready files and digital assets Familiarity with WordPress, Squarespace, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Capcut, and Adobe Premiere Experience designing ad creative for Meta/LinkedIn and collaborating on landing pages/funnels Reliable home office setup + internet connection Central New York location preferred, but not required OUR IDEAL DESIGNER
