Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Digital UX/UI Manager to define, lead, and evolve a unified UX/UI strategy for internal digital products used across the organization. These include internal applications built on the Power Platform, solutions developed in Copilot Studio, Power BI dashboards, internal portals, and custom Generative AI products supporting our workforce. This role blends high-level strategic leadership with hands-on design execution. The Manager will establish and govern UX/UI frameworks, collaborate closely with our Branding team to align internal product experiences with corporate brand identity, and ensure consistency and usability across all internal digital tools. The position also serves as a UX/UI consultant for key initiatives and builds the mechanisms to measure user experience and adoption over time. Additionally, they will build and lead a team of UX/UI designers to support our internal digital product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Strategic UX/UI Leadership for Internal Digital Products : Define and implement a comprehensive UX/UI strategy for internal applications and tools; develop and maintain scalable UX/UI frameworks, design standards, and design systems specifically optimized for internal digital environments across Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and internal AI solutions; collaborate with Branding and Communications teams to ensure internal UX standards reflect and reinforce organizational brand guidelines; integrate brand-aligned UX principles—typography, color palette, iconography, motion, interaction patterns—into internal digital product standards; act as the steward for UX/UI governance to ensure consistency and quality across all internally developed tools. Hands-On Internal UX/UI Design & Consulting : Serve as a senior practitioner and consultant for internal digital initiatives, delivering wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and user-centered UI designs; work closely with internal stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate internal business requirements into intuitive internal-facing digital experiences; ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across internal applications, dashboards, and AI-driven products. User Experience Measurement & Continuous Improvement : Define UX metrics appropriate for internal digital products (employee adoption, task completion, satisfaction scores, workflow efficiency, etc.); build monitoring and feedback mechanisms—dashboards, surveys, usage analytics—to track UX performance over time across internal platforms; lead the design and execution of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and controlled UX experiments to inform design and product decisions; analyze insights and recommend improvements that enhance the employee experience and increase internal tool adoption. Team & People Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX/UI designers focused entirely on internal product experiences; foster a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the internal digital product ecosystem. Minimum Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related technology field. 4+ years of UX/UI design experience. Strong experience designing for internal enterprise systems, low-code platforms (Power Apps), BI/data visualization tools (Power BI), and AI-enabled interfaces. Proven ability to create UX frameworks and internal UX/UI standards. Portfolio demonstrating both strategic design system leadership and hands-on UX/UI execution (Figma experience). Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership skills. Preferred Experience

Experience with internal employee-facing systems, workflow automation, and digital transformation environments. Familiarity with conversational UX, AI-driven user flows, and enterprise AI interaction design principles. Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design for workplace tools.
