With a deep passion for the craft beverage industry and proven expertise, our support team ensures smooth operations and strategic growth, helping us deliver exceptional products to craft enthusiasts everywhere.**Sales & Retail Operations Analyst |** Charlotte, NC**WHAT YOU'LL DO**The Sales & Retail Operations Analyst plays a critical support role for Artisanal Brewing Ventures’ Sales and Key Accounts teams. This position delivers analytical insights, manages sales tools and data, and provides sales operations coordination that enables field execution, key account strategy, and overall sales effectiveness across ABV brands. The role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring alignment, organization, and timely execution of sales initiatives.**Reports to:** Director of Sales & Retail Operations
**Dotted-line support:** VP of Key Accounts, Sales General Managers**Sales & Retail Analytics Support*** Manage and ensure sales data quality across VIP, CRM, Item Catalog, Circana submissions, and consumer insight sources.* Own recurring reporting by developing, automating, and maintaining dashboards and readouts on key metrics (depletions, distribution, pricing, promo activity, and performance by brand/market/customer).* Translate VIP/Circana/consumer data into clear trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.* Create Key Accounts materials including selling stories, program analysis, and performance recaps to support category management efforts.* Build and maintain sales enablement tools (pricing surveys, price/promo calendar, Win Key Cities trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates).* Own and coordinate planning deliverables (annual sales plan + brand calendar) and keep timelines, versions, and owners organized.* Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations on order management, allocation planning, and distributor communications.* Respond to ad hoc reporting, analysis, presentation, and data requests from sales leadership.**Sales Operations Coordination*** Partner with the Director of Sales & Retail Operations and VP of Key Accounts to keep sales priorities organized and on track through strong operating cadence and follow-through.* Serve as the central point of coordination for Field Sales and Key Accounts teams, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and action-item follow-through.* Own the planning and execution of ABV sales meetings including recaps, report consolidation, action tracking, and post-meeting communications.* Maintain governance of core sales resources (distribution maps, agreements, distributor documentation, shared files, and contact lists).* Coordinate distributor and retailer communications as needed in partnership with ABV leadership and Customer Development, ensuring updates are timely and documented.* Support onboarding, training coordination, and internal team engagement initiatives in partnership with Human Resources.* Partner with HR to manage the Motus vehicle reimbursement program, ensuring compliance via analytics and ongoing support.* Uphold ABV culture, professionalism, and responsible alcohol industry standards in all interactions.**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR*** Bachelor’s degree preferred; concentration in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.* 1–2 years of experience in sales support, analytics, administrative, or operational roles; craft beer or beverage alcohol experience strongly preferred.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (strongly required), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.* Experience with VIP, CRM tools, or Circana data is a plus.* Strong analytical skills paired with exceptional organization and attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.* Self-driven, proactive, energetic, and confident work style.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.* Certified Beer Server or Cicerone certification is a plus.**Physical Requirements*** Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a desk and using a computer.* Ability to frequently operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office equipment.* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with internal teams, distributors, retailers, and external partners.* Ability to occasionally move throughout the office to attend meetings, access files, or collaborate with team members.* Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.**Disclaimer**This Job Description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and dutiesArtisanal Brewing Ventures is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
