Position Overview
This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who want flexibility, upward mobility, and control over their earning potential. You’ll engage exclusively with individuals who have already asked for information — there is no cold outreach involved. What You’ll Be Doing
Communicating with members who have requested benefit reviews
Organizing and hosting virtual appointments
Clearly presenting benefit options in an educational, easy-to-understand way
Guiding members through the application process
Maintaining follow-up communication to ensure continued support
Participating in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
Who You Are
Confident and clear communicator, comfortable working remotely
Self-directed, dependable, and goal-oriented
Service-focused with a genuine desire to help others
Comfortable with technology, video meetings, and online systems
Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
