
Overview
The Business Analyst will lead the development of product scorecards, cross-functional financial models, and hypothesis-driven insights to support executive decision-making. This role partners closely with Product, Finance, Strategy, and Data teams to leverage automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled modeling to deliver faster, more predictive insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), portfolio prioritization, and investment decisions. This position sits at the intersection of
product performance management, financial modeling, and AI-enabled decision support .
Key Responsibilities
AI-First Financial & Business Modeling
Build AI-enabled, cross-functional financial and business models that link product performance, cost structures, revenue drivers, and investment assumptions.
Use automation, scenario simulation, and predictive techniques to accelerate forecasting and sensitivity analysis.
Partner with Finance and Data teams to integrate AI-driven insights into planning, forecasting, and long-range outlooks.
Hypothesis-Driven & Predictive Analysis
Formulate business hypotheses and test them using a combination of traditional analytics and AI-assisted modeling.
Identify leading indicators and early-warning signals to explain performance trends and risks.
Translate outputs into clear, decision-oriented recommendations for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance
Act as a strategic thought partner across Product, Finance, Strategy, and Data.
Drive alignment on data definitions, model assumptions, explainability, and governance for AI-based insights.
Influence stakeholders by grounding discussions in transparent, trusted models and financial impact.
QBR & Product Scorecards & Performance Management
Own product scorecard content, data accuracy, and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Design, build, and evolve product scorecards using automated approaches to track financial, operational, and strategic performance.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, finance, or strategy roles.
Strong experience building product scorecards and financial models in cross-functional environments.
Hands-on experience using AI, automation, or advanced analytics to accelerate modeling and insights.
Demonstrated experience supporting QBRs, operating reviews, or executive-level reporting.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large, complex datasets.
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating in AI-first or data-product-driven organizations.
Familiarity with predictive modeling, scenario simulation, or decision-support systems.
SQL and/or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) experience.
MBA or advanced analytical degree a plus.
