Senior Marketing Technology Strategist

First International Bank & Trust is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Strategist to drive the bank’s shift toward data driven, automated, and personalized marketing. This role leads the strategy, governance, and adoption of our marketing technology ecosystem—spanning automation, SMS, predictive analytics, and advanced segmentation—and partners closely with analytics, digital solutions, and marketing leadership to maximize enterprise impact. This is an in-office position. Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize marketing automation and audience management platforms for targeting, personalization, testing, and campaign execution. Manage audience sourcing, segmentation, and data readiness for email and SMS campaigns with systems and digital solutions partners. Drive SMS program strategy, governance, and performance measurement. Oversee predictive analytics and segmentation workflows to improve ROI. Maintain best practices for data integrity, lead management, and a Single Source of Truth. Build workflows and automation that increase efficiency and scalability. Partner with IT and digital solutions to ensure security, compliance, and access management for martech tools. Align martech capabilities with business goals and guide cross functional teams on strategic use. Convert insights into actionable campaign and audience strategies. Mentor and support the Marketing Data Analyst to strengthen team skillsets. Evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous optimization. Promote innovation and adoption of new marketing technology across the organization. Set ROI expectations and report on campaign results. Knowledge in SQL, AMPScript, and/or HTML a plus! Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, with 5–7+ years of marketing experience. 7+ years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM driven strategies; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Email Specialist, and Salesforce Administrator certifications highly preferred. Experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and multi channel campaign execution. Familiarity with data driven marketing tools such as Segmint/Raddon or similar. Strong understanding of marketing automation, workflow design, and data governance. Experience mentoring or developing team members. Agile methodology experience preferred.
