If you're passionate about technology, sustainability, and global collaboration — you’ll feel right at home with us.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**· Analyze and PA&F molding processes for efficiency, scrap reduction, and quality.· Lead troubleshooting of coil winders, collar molding machines, assembly, and other equipment as needed.· Directly responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of coil winders and collar molding machines.· Standardize process parameters and document best practices.· Track KPIs (OEE, scrap, downtime, yield) and lead root cause analysis.· Coach operators and technicians on process standards and CI tools to improve PA&F performance· Collaborate with tooling, engineering, and maintenance on equipment performance and reliability.· Assist with mold changes and processing as needed.· Trains lower-level Process Maintenance Technicians on troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems using LOTO procedures.· Other duties as assigned.**Required Skills/Abilities:**· Strong communication and team collaboration skills.· Strong knowledge of coil winding machines, collar molding machines, robotics, molds, and other PA&F equipment.· Skilled in troubleshooting molding defects and optimizing parameters.· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.· Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems using LOTO procedures.· Ability to use a crane hoist.· Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in working with machinery.· Familiarity with determining necessary tool accuracy to be appropriate with given tolerances.· Strong understanding of and ability to apply measurement methods to inspection and/or testing.**Education and Experience:**· Preferred 3+ years of hands-on PA&F experience (processing, CI, or engineering).· Experience working in a fast paced, high change environment**Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:**· Exposure to machine noise.· Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production area.· Working conditions are normal for a high-volume manufacturing environment.· Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds and working in and around heavy equipment.· Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots.· This role may require walking in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Contact person:Rachel Camarillo-HernandezHuman Resources Assistantrachel.camarillo-hernandez@georgfischer.comPlease submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
