Our Product Specialist will ensure a seamless, high-touch handover process for new vehicle buyers, focusing on technology education and customer satisfaction after the sale. They demonstrate vehicle features, assist with phone pairing, and act as a liaison between sales and service. The Product Specialist assists customers with Ford Sync and Navigation Systems at delivery and helps Sales Consultants stay up-to-date with the latest software updates. The role involves working with both sales and service customers; you may also drive to customers’ homes to program garage doors and train customers in new technology. You will also manage internet specials and update websites. Schedule: 5-day work week — Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Responsibilities
Demonstrate vehicle features and assist with phone pairing for new buyers. Act as a liaison between sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handover and ongoing support. Assist customers with Ford Sync and Navigation Systems at delivery and provide technology education. Help Sales Consultants stay current with the latest software updates. Work with both sales and service customers; may drive to customers’ homes to program garage doors and train on new technology. Manage internet specials and update company websites. Qualifications
Basic skills with computers and common office equipment (copier, credit card machine, telephone). Tech-savvy, quick learner, dependable, with strong customer-service and communication skills. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. Valid Texas driver’s license. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Self-disciplined and motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard. Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, and handle parts and equipment as needed. Benefits
