CrowdStrike is seeking a

Senior Business Analyst

to drive optimization and transformation initiatives across

Lead-to-Order (L2O)

and

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

processes within Salesforce. This role will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Platform teams to improve business processes, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and drive user adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce expertise, sales operations knowledge, and experience leading enterprise process transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives supporting L2O and CLM transformation programs

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solution designs

Develop solution prototypes and maintain structured backlogs of business requirements

Create detailed documentation supporting system implementation, training, and operational adoption

Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Platform teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions

Document current and future-state business processes and functional requirements

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and data quality

Apply contract management and sales operations best practices to solution design

Implementation & Adoption

Lead testing, reporting, training, and ongoing Salesforce enhancements

Support change management and drive user adoption initiatives

Maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes

Present solution designs, project updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Business Analysis experience

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience

Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Order (L2O) and Sales Operations workflows

Experience supporting L2O and CLM transformation initiatives

Proven track record delivering process improvements in sales-focused environments

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator

Advanced Administrator

Sales Cloud Consultant

Experience with

Agentforce

Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management best practices

Base salary for U.S. candidates ranges from

$125,000 to $180,000 annually , with additional eligibility for bonuses, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location.
