Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Having your own equipment including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
Job Type PRN (as-needed). A PRN therapist is part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. PRN therapists may receive higher pay rates but do not typically receive benefits; hours can vary based on patient load and availability.
