Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by providing market insights and advice. Network to build and maintain client relationships. Coordinate property showings and negotiations. Manage transactions from listing to closing. Stay informed about market trends to ensure clients receive exceptional service. Qualifications

Proven skills and experience in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices. An active Real Estate License is required for this role. Strong customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet performance goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with time management and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Blue Springs, MO, and surrounding areas is a plus. Also looking for brand new Agents to help get their business started.
