Salary $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Base salary range ($90K–$120K based on market)

Job Details Roles & Responsibilities – Superintendent

Oversee daily field operations and site logistics

Manage subcontractor activities and schedules

Enforce safety standards and quality control

Communicate with PMs, clients, and inspectors

Ensure on-time project delivery with minimal punch list

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction

Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through closeout

Strong knowledge of trades, codes, and construction sequencing

OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred
