Track and analyze business performance against targets, benchmarks, and operational goals Conduct operational and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement solutions Develop, maintain, and enhance complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards using multiple data sources Produce and distribute recurring performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis Collaborate with various teams to understand reporting needs and tailor outputs accordingly Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business performance analysis and operational reporting Advanced expertise in Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and visualization Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to design strategic presentations Working knowledge of Tableau and SQL Familiarity with Salesforce and internal service delivery systems/tools Preferred Qualifications
