What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assess and optimize a team of 10 specialists by restructuring coverage and defining performance metrics
Design and implement content strategy and programmatic engagement models, including email campaigns and webinars
Build and optimize dashboards, leveraging experimentation and automation for increased efficiency
Ensure customers access adoption programs throughout their lifecycle, starting from Day 1
Collaborate with multiple departments to orchestrate seamless customer journeys and own metrics related to multi-product adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
7-10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, or Enablement
3-5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams in high-growth environments
Proven track record of designing and launching impactful customer programs from scratch
Strong analytical skills to build dashboards, interpret metrics, and perform segmentation analysis
Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with tech-touch models and digital campaigns, balancing automation with human connection
Ability to create scalable content strategies and educational programs with an understanding of adult learning principles
Proven ability to make decisions with incomplete information in ambiguous environments
