Manage complex daily processes to ensure timely reporting, remitting, and compliance with investor guidelines and servicing agreements Reconcile, report, and remit to various investors, including private label securitizations, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae Conduct complex business process reviews and provide management with insights on improvements Complete necessary research to ensure resolution of discrepancies and assist in resolving issues Assist in setting up investors and securities in the servicing operational system What is Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in investor reporting for all remittance types Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or GNMA reporting Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant job experience may be considered Working knowledge of Black Knight MSP/ICE servicing system preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
